Interim Steering Committee

Until the Collaborative determines a permanent structure, we have formed an Interim Steering Committee. For now, the Interim Steering Committee is comprised of only federal, state and local government agencies, but it is our hope to create a governing body for the Collaborative that includes representatives from the private and non-profit sectors.

The Interim Steering Committee is charged with:

1. Providing administrative support and guidance toward the vision and goals of the Collaborative,
2. Supporting, leading, and promoting Collaborative projects,
3. Educating and marketing the Collaborative within agencies and with private/non-profit foundations for funding, and
4. Developing a permanent structure for the Collaborative.
