The West Coast Collaborative will hold its second face-to-face Public
Workshop in Seattle. The Workshop is open to the public.
Day One will enable Collaborative partners to highlight their accomplishments
and next steps since last year’s June 15th meeting. Day Two
will focus on identifying existing federal programs that can fund
diesel emissions reductions and enable the Collaborative to think
strategically about additional funding outreach and advocacy. In
addition, there will be opportunities to visit local diesel mitigation
projects and share information on technologies and programs in the

In order to keep the costs of the Workshop to a minimum, we have
guaranteed the Sheraton Hotel & Towers that will we book at least
60 rooms in their hotel.
As such, we are requesting that all out of town Workshop attendees
stay at the Sheraton vs. other downtown hotels.
A block of rooms has been reserved at the special government rate
of $110 per night. Suites and other accommodations are also available.
